Neutronix NV2 Canon PLA 500/501 Wafer Mask Aligner

This Mask Aligner is a Neutronix NV2 Upgrade from a Canon PLA 500 or 501 (not sure of the exact original model number). It looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear. The system powers up, as shown in the photos above, and the lamp illuminates. It features an Olympus Trinocular Microscope Head, a pair of 15X W.F. Eyepieces, a MTI CCD72 Video Camera, an Ushio Mercury Lamp Power Supply (14684 hours), and it comes with some accessories, including a 0.55X lens and a variety of stages (please see photos above for detail), as shown. I’m not sure how complete the system is, but it appears to be missing the monitor, and the controller for the video camera. It comes as shown in the photos above. I lack the knowledge and equipment to formally test it, and it is being sold as-is. Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 58″H x 40″W x 48″L.
