Canon Neutronix PLA-545 UV Mask Aligner 
 
This Neutronix PLA-545 UV Mask Aligner looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear.
It was complete, and was working when removed from service, although it does not appear to have a bulb currently installed in the lamp housing.
They were using it to expose 6″ glass plates, and it appears to have a 5″ exposure area.
The system powers up, as shown in the photos above. However, this is the extent of my testing of this system at our facility, and it is being sold as-is.
Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 54″L x 48″W x 70″H.
